I was sooooo terrified at first when thinking to draw a scene like this as I've never done any and have no idea how to draw << lol?
But, since it's a new challenge for me, I just give it a try and I hope will like this artwork of mine. (I only can draw until this far)

I took the scene on my doujin where Bunny couldn't made it to the hospital and giving birth inside the car.
